Paul Anderson
General Partner
Paul is a General Partner at Parceiro Ventures with 15 years of investing and startup experience across Venture, Growth and Private Equity. Prior to founding Parceiro Ventures, Paul was Director of investments at Arthur Ventures ($1B+ AUM B2B growth). Previously, he founded private company intelligence platform TraverseIQ (acquired by Intapp: INTA). Current and past investments include Paytrack, netLex, Seedz, Recast Software, DNSFilter, Next Fit, Welbe, Magis5 & Mell.ro. Paul received dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
Felipe Salles
General Partner
Felipe is a General Partner at Parceiro Ventures. He was previously responsible for investments at VR Investments and VR Benefícios, a leading Brazilian B2B HR/FinTech platform, where his portfolio included VExpenses (Expense Management), Global Points (Cashback and Rewards), Audaz Technologies (Mobility), and Pontomais (HCM Software). Prior to VR, Felipe was a manager at Cargill, leading M&A for Latin America and North America, and spent over five years at growth-stage private equity fund BRZ Investments. He holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management from FGV.
Jéssica Bortolato
Operating Partner
Jessica is an Operating Partner at Parceiro Ventures. Jessica has led the sales and marketing departments at some of the largest success cases in B2B Software and FinTech in Latin America, including as VP of Sales for HR Tech company Gupy and Head of Marketing for global payment company Ebanx. She also founded PlugLead, a sales and marketing automation platform.
Andre Ocuno
Operating Partner
Andre is an Operating Partner at Parceiro Ventures. Andre has over 15 years of experience managing high-growth technology businesses, first at Google and then Conta Azul, which is one of Brazil’s most successful ERP startups. As one of the first hires at Conta Azul, he held the roles of COO, CSO and Head of M&A as the company grew to over 500 employees.
Caio Andrade
CFO / COO
Caio was previously an investment professional at Invest Tech, a Brazilian venture firm, where he was responsible for sourcing, portfolio monitoring, and fund operations. His earlier experience includes equity research roles at Nebraska Capital and Meta Asset Management. He began his career at Eximia Capital Partners, advising institutional investors on investment analysis and corporate governance.
Diane Zehil
Vice President
Diane is a Vice President at Parceiro Ventures. Diane was previously a venture capital associate at ACE Startups, one of Latin America’s first accelerators + angel fund focused on B2B that has invested in 110+ startups with more than 20 exits. Diane has been consistently named as one of the top emerging women investors in Latin American Tech by LAVCA. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Management from FGV.
Lucas Orfaly
Senior Analyst
Lucas is a Senior Analyst at Parceiro Ventures. Previously, he was part of the Venture Capital team at Bertha Capital, a corporate-backed venture firm with $110 million in AUM and a portfolio of 35+ startups, primarily focused on FinTechs and Supply Chain Tech. At Bertha, he participated in multiple investments, structured vehicles such as FIDCs and FICs, and actively supported a portfolio of 10+ companies. Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Management from Insper.
